The weekend kicks off this Saturday with Cumberland’s annual street market extravaganza – Village Market Day, the ever popular Soap Box Derby, a meet and greet reunion for ‘old’ and ‘new’ Cumberland, and an epic garage sale at the Cumberland Community Church. Cumberland Recreation would like to extend a big thank you to the Comox Valley Community Foundation for their support in creating free youth programs in Cumberland. Their donation was used to purchase an inflatable obstacle course that will be available to rent for birthday parties.
