After COVID forced a week of online workshops last year, CYMC Musical Theatre students are back together in person honing their skills in the performing arts!

Audiences for this year’s CYMC Musical Theatre Showcase will get to see the inspiring results of an intense week of performing arts workshops and the company working together with immensely skilled workshop leaders to create an entertaining showcase of their skills.

This is the most recent in a string of efforts and initiatives by the Directors of Blind Tiger to break down barriers to access and create space for traditionally sidelined or marginalized people in comedy. At a time where most could sorely use humour in their lives, this exciting creative outlet is being offered online through the Blind Tiger Comedy Digital School and also (for the first time in over a year) In Person at their new safety-first Fresh Air space at the NextDoor Gallery in Vancouver.
