Dear work friends, colleagues, vendors and acquaintances,

Here is my annual shameless ask for support.

On this wet and cold late afternoon, I am thinking about how much good was done with the funds raised by our amazing community last year. It’s amazing how little it takes to make a big difference.

The Coldest Night of the Year is on Feb 22rd this year and across the country 1,000 of Canadians will be enjoying a family friendly walk of 2, 5 or 10kms that raises money to support those in our very own community who are struggling with poverty.

The Comox Valley Transition Society is partnering with Dawn to Dawn Action on Homelessness for the 5th year to raise funds that support the homeless, hungry and hurting in the Comox Valley.

Our goal this year is to raise $100,000. I am emailing today to ask if you would help us reach our goal by donating to me or my team, or joining my team as a walker and reaching out to your contacts to support your own fundraising efforts.
