As the darkest time of the year approaches the Comox Valley Art Gallery has many opportunities to offer. We invite you check out the art and artful things created by 50 plus local artists participating in the 44th Winter Art Market (WAM) at CVAG.
Plan to join us for the WAM Launch and Celebration event on Saturday, December 1st. Bring along family and friends to participate in community make art projects, and to attend special CVAG events like the Youth Media Project’s screening of short films on December 14.
Artist Nadine Bariteau needs plastic bags for her creative research. When you visit CVAG bring your plastic bags and deposit them in the container in the gallery’s entrance.
At this busy time of year, we invite you to join us at CVAG as we pause with community partners, The Comox Valley Transition Society and Honouring Our Sisters, on December 6 at noon for the annual vigil that remembers women lost to acts of violence.
