Our WildSafeBC Provincial Coordinator Frank Ritcey is coming to town Friday June 22nd and we are putting on a free, family friendly event.
Frank will set up and electrify a electric fencing enclosure start to finish on the lawn of the OAP Hall (2674 Dunsmuir ave). I will have the information booth there with games, activities, free materials and fun stuff for the kids! And of course always free educational materials and wildlife info.
An opportunity for the public to ask Frank all their wildlife questions and he will explain why electric fencing is important for keeping wildlife away from attractants (beehives, berries, gardens, chickens, backyards, fruit trees, etc.) and how easy and affordable it can be.
6:30 – 7:30 pmJune 22nd.
