An 8-week Mindfulness Meditation Introductory Course is being offered in Comox beginning on Sunday, April 15th.
The course is suitable for beginners and those interested in deepening their practice and journey of awakening to the present moment. The course is being held in the new, beautiful studio space at Nourish Wellness in Comox (1822 Comox Avenue). The 8-week course begins Sunday, April 15th from 7:30 to 8:30pm.
