The CV Jung Society presents “The Eternal Problem of Evil – Jung’s ‘Answer to Job’ Revisited” by Dr. Corrinne Allyson. The lecture is $20 for the public, and $15 for members.

Dr. Allyson will use material from Jung’s great work “Answer to Job” and personal clinical work with a survivor of evil, to explore the eternal question, “How do we confront evil, and how do we engage with it?”

The Comox Valley Jung Society will present a lecture “The Eternal Problem of Evil – Jung’s ‘Answer to Job’ Revisited” by Dr. Corrinne Allyson on Friday, April 28, 2017 at NIC.

In a time of beheadings, suicide bombings and extreme terrorism, how can we find meaning in the opposites of good and evil? Using material from Jung’s great work “Answer to Job” and personal clinical work with a survivor of evil, Dr. Allyson will explore the eternal question “How do we confront evil, and how do we engage with it?”

Dr. Corrinne Allyson Ph. D. is a Victoria-based psychotherapist and counselor, with over 25 years experience. She uses three approaches; Jungian Psychotherapy, Somatic Transformation and Mindfulness based therapies.

The lecture is at 7:00 PM, in the Room 203, Tyee Building at North Island College. The lecture is $20 for the public, and $15 for members.
